My drive for societal change and equitable collaboration is not just a commitment but my life purpose, fuelling my work with leaders. I am intrigued and curious about how humans interact, how cultures influence their positions and capabilities, and how that enables or hinders an organisation’s impact. I work closely with corporate businesses, foundations, and governments, always fostering radical collaboration and new partnerships to create meaningful outcomes.
As an Independent Consultant and External Network Organiser at BMW Foundation, I lead our network and collaborate with leaders in the African and Nordic regions, aligning with the SDGs to create catalytic processes around leadership and belonging and establish local partnerships. By addressing both local and global topics, I concentrate on societal transformation and ensure our efforts align with the needs and priorities of the network.
I am an entrepreneur at heart, a change-maker living by an action-oriented manifesto: ‘Let’s just do something’ – and I do unless I don’t. Action can also be ‘not doing’ as long as it involves others. Experience tells me we need more than one mind to achieve anything meaningful.

Music is my sanctuary, a timeless communicator that transcends boundaries. Growing up in a family of musicians ignited my lifelong passion for beats, rocking dance floors, and empowering youth and women through the universal language of music. I founded One Groove because music has the power to move the status quo and unite humanity.
I am a woman and consider it one of my most incredible superpowers. I harness this identity in every facet of my life—from leading with compassion and integrity to advocating for equity in my professional endeavours. My passion for the feminine ethos influences how I navigate the world, driving authenticity and resilience.
I am a Mother with a capital ‘M’. My family includes two sons and two bonus daughters—four children and sources of inspiration. I am committed to shaping a better future for them. Through my work, being a role model and authenticity, I strive to leave a legacy of positive impact.
Family is my foundation, comprising both the family I was born into and my chosen family. I cherish being a sister of friendship, colour, and family! The intersections of sisterhood enrich my life with love and shared experiences, grounding me in what truly matters and finding strength in unity.
